Last year, we had the incredible opportunity to bring our unique GIF Booth with a "Down the Hole" experience created by 400 Conejos Tequila to the III Points Festival in Miami. Over two amazing days, we engaged with about 12,000 festival-goers each day, turning an already vibrant event into something truly extraordinary.
Managing the Masses
III Points is one of Miami's most crowded and celebrated music festivals, and handling such a massive crowd is no small feat. But our team was up to the challenge. The excitement was palpable as people lined up, curious and eager to see what lay in store.
The Magic of the "Down the Hole" Experience
So, what exactly is the "Down the Hole" experience? Picture this: you stand in front of a backdrop, we remove the background, and the next thing you know, you're transformed into a GIF of yourself falling down a rabbit hole, just like in the story of Alice in Wonderland. It’s whimsical, it's fun, and it’s the perfect blend of technology and imagination.
To top it all off, the experience was branded from start to finish. Participants received their personalized GIFs instantly via text and email, making it easy to share the fun on social media. This instant sharing capability amplified the reach of our activation, spreading the magic of 400 Conejos Tequila far beyond the festival grounds.
To make the experience even more engaging, we set up a TV display showcasing the live-action of participants going down the rabbit hole. Festival-goers could watch their friends and fellow attendees take the plunge, creating a communal atmosphere of laughter and cheer. This visual element not only drew more people to our booth but also added an extra layer of entertainment for everyone involved.
